      Sold a Townhouse home in 2013 for approximately $500K in South Lakes Dr - Soapstone Dr, Reston, VA.
      I was looking for an agent that would work hard to get the highest price possible for my home...Ray did just that! While I was deciding which realtor to represent me, he kept in touch by providing valuable information about the regions market and the timing for my sale. Ray recommended pricing my home aggressively based on the current market in Reston and the recent past sales. He provided good advice on what I needed to do prior to the Open House and he did his part getting the word out through full color post cards to the neighborhood, posting on numerous online services, beautiful brochures for the Open House and posting signs leading to my house. The Open House had over 40 people going through and I had 2 above list price offers by the next morning. He was equally as active making sure the deal progressed well to settlement.       Sold a home in 2012.
      We just purchased a home with Ray in RTC and I must say I have dealt with many agents in the past but his responsiveness is what impressed me the most. I really appreciated his follow up calls and status updates on the deal negotiation. Although we had a simple with a cash deal, nevertheless, he made the transaction even more smooth by responding to our various market reports we needed to support our decision.       Sold a home in 2007.
      Ray has expertly guided us through two purchases and two sales in the Reston Town Center area over the past 9 years. Always ahead of the curve on movement in that market, which enabled us to maximize our position on whichever side of the deal we found ourselves at the time. We had a couple of contentious settlements through these transactions and Ray was always able to maintain level headedness and assist us to a good solution to any contested issues. Found Ray's strong financial background (mortgage nuance knowledge) to be a huge help in bringing offer proposal negotiations to fruition. Unless you happen to hate the NY Jets, you just won't find a better advocate to buy or sell a home in NOVA.  MoreLess
