Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $175K in Littlerock, CA.
Ray Tapia was my realtor for a house I purchased in Littlerock, Ca.
He worked with my wife and myself for aprox. 3 months and showed us properties in Pearblosom, South Palmdale and Littlerock, discussed the pros and cons of the various area's and helped us with our final decission. Ray also was very helpfull with his advice on our offer and followed through on negotiation process all the way through closeing. The next time I buy or sell any property Ray is the man that will get the job done.

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2010 in Palmdale, CA.
Ray was the listing agent on a property that I owned in 2010 that had required a short sale in order to close the transaction. Within 2-days Ray had a full price offer, which was at fair market value for the property. He negotiated with the first and second trust deed lenders for over 60-days, but the second trust deed lender refused to cooperate and accept the offer, so the sale fell through.
I have personally known Ray for over 40-years, which is why I selected him from all the other larger brokerage firms in the area. I know Ray to be a man of integrity, a hard worker, and a man of his word, which is very important to me.
If you are looking for someone to list your property, or represent you as a buyer I would highly recommend Ray.

Sold a Single Family home in 2006 for approximately $500K in Palmdale, CA.
Over the years, I have recomended Ray Tapia to friends and relatives who are in need of an honest, hard working real estate agent. Ray doesn't cut corners and doesn't mislead his clients.
In my experience with Ray; he explained everything in detail, always returned phone calls promptly, discussed the market and offered advice, and most importantly - once my property had an offer that I accepted - he coordinated and expedited all parties involved towards a smooth completion of sale!
