Raymond hit the nail on the head!! He gave us a good expectation of what the house would sell for and how long it would take. When we first met I had a lower sales price expectation than what was actually around us. After discussing the property with Raymond he provided us with a great list of items we needed to take care of and items we DID NOT have to take care of inorder to get the property sold at the price we wanted. 05/24/2011 - chmili07Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $100K in Southwest Airport, Columbus, OH.
Every time we would look at a house, Raymond would go in first and check the furnace,ac, etc. Was very specific with what needed to be done and if the house had value.

I am very politically incorrect and play no games - REAL ESTATE is a serious investment/business and I feel it should be dealt with in that manner.If you are not interested in hearing the truth, find aREALTOR that will tell you what you want to hear - it is not me.I do not believe it is worth any amount of money to put one over on anybody and therefore avoid situations of impropriety. In a word - INTEGRITY! It is all I have. I do, however, work hard for my buyers and do whatever I can to get them an advantage.
