Sold a home in 2012.Summary:
Blake and DeLisa showed us houses that precisely fit our parameters - they didn't try to show us properties that met our criteria only partially. Nor did they try to show us properties that wouldn't fall within our budget. They were highly knowledgeable about the city, the neighborhoods, and had done their research and previewed the homes we were shown. When we got down to negotiation, we felt they were terrific. We endorse them highly.

Bought a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $300K in Bellingham, WA.Summary:
Blake was knowledgeable about the area and local codes and laws (even new laws that were coming into effect a month after our closing...saved us more than a few pennies)! We would highly recommend him to anyone either buys or selling in the Bellingham area!

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $300K in Bellingham, WA.Summary:
I have had a couple of Real Estate transactions in the past few years with Blake as my Realtor. In two transactions, Blake was my listing agent and once he was the selling agent for an investment home I had purchased. I continue to use Blake as my realtor, as he and his team are very thorough on marketing and they communicate very well. I feel he has great knowledge of the market and what is going on. This most recent transaction was a tough one but Blake negotiated and problem solved the transaction perfectly….it Closed and everyone was satisfied. I definitely will use Blake on my behalf again in any Real Estate transaction.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $200K in Ferndale, WA.Summary:
First time home buyer here and as you can expect full of questions and concerns. Blake was very patient with all my low ballings, phone calls, property lookey loos, etc. After quite some time looking in the areas I truly wanted, Blake introduced me to something within my price range and still within minutes to work. It was great to see all the houses and comparison shop. The property I settled on was the best choice out of the bunch.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $225K in Bellingham, WA.Summary:
Blake helped us sell our house and find a new one all within a couple of months! He did a great job on both ends of the deal. He and wife Delisa make a great home team! We was never pushy, instead letting us assert what we wanted and where and then helped us to find it!
Great job, would use them again but hoping not to move for a long, long time!
