Sold a home in 2010.Summary:
"We venture to sold our home in Chapel Hill, North Carolina in one of the thoughest times for the housing market ever.
Robin was very responsive and she worked efficiently to place our house on the market as fast as possible. Gave us very good recommendations on how to prepare our house for the viewings. The price she set for our house was the right one (not too high, not too low). The rest of the houses in my neightborhood kept lowering their listing prices and we stood our ground. Our house sold for $169,000 in 61 days or $124/square foot. Just a couple of weeks later a house of equal size in the same neightborhood sold for $144,000 in 157 days, which equates to $104/square foot.
We had to deal with a very savy buyer, but Robin listened to our requests during the negotiations even when it was not clear at the time that we where making the right desitions. After all, people are willing to sell at any price these days!
At the end, we sold at the right price and at the right amount of time.

Bought a home in 2008.Summary:
In the fall of 2008, we were about to make a big move from Toronto, Canada to Durham, North Carolina. We could not have done it without the help of Robin. We gave her our wish list and Robin emailed us a list of possibilities prior to our flight down to physically see our potential new home. Robin patiently took us to see all of our choices. She even referred us to a great house inspector who saved us from buying a house that would have been a money pit and health hazard (money well spent!).
We purchased a home in Treyburn Forest and we are extremely happy!
Robin and Mark also helped us purchase a commercial property for our business. That also was a great experience. Our business is in a great location and we were within our budget.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $375k in Apex, NC.Summary:
Robin helped us to find our home when we relocated to the Cary area. She was wonderful to work with...very knowledgeable, helpful, & kind. She went above and beyond to help us with all of our needs & questions. We would highly recommend working with Robin & would use her again in a heartbeat.

I have lived in the Triangle area (Research Triangle Park - Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill) since 1975, when I entered NC State University as a freshman, majoring in Biological and Life Sciences. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1979.
I returned to NC State in 1981 and studied Computer Science. I began working at Nortel (Northern Telecom) in the computer room on 2nd and 3rd shift. I continued my career there until 2007, holding many positions during my 25 year career there.
