    We basically stumbled upon Kelly just by calling about a house we saw for sale. We didn't know her before this and had no idea what to expect. Kelly pleasantly surprised from the get go! She has demonstrated herself to be an outstanding realtor. Kelly has a been step ahead throughout the process resulting in a comfort level that we definitely needed .     Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2011 in Newport News, VA.
    I have dealt with several realtors and so far Kelly has been the best I've worked with. She is very knowledgable and got our house out on the market within days. Her interior design skills helped to organize and setup our house beautifully for potential buyers to view.     Helped me rent a Single Family home in Newport News, VA.
    I received a foreclosure notice on my home and had very little time to find a rental property. Additionally, I have 2 large breed dogs and a cat, so trying to find a rental property that not only allowed pets, but had a fenced in yard was very important to me. Ms. Wilson worked with me patiently, but quickly and helped me find a rental property that fit all of my needs, in the time frame I needed.     Having lived and traveled all over the country I know the difference between a house and a home. Whether you are buying or selling, I know that your home is precious to you and I want to make your experience as forgettable as possible. Yes I said FORGETTABLE. I had a very special agent handle the purchase of my first home and I hardly remember any of the process! That's because she took care of everything for me and made it a flawless, "forgettable" buying experience. You can be sure I remember the superior service though! I believe that YOU deserve to have a buying or selling experience like mine, remembering the great service and forgetting the rest.

    I LOVE to decorate because I grew up in a family of Interior Designers and learned early on how to stage a home to SELL. This is a buyers Market and sellers really need to do the work to make their house stand out from the competition.  Staging is an absolute must and can often be done well with the things you already own. Hiring an agent that can really stage (not just de-clutter) is like getting a two-for-one deal!!

    Background
    I was born and raised in Hampton Roads but spent 16 yrs in the mid-west and west coast following career opportunities to coach and play soccer professionally. During that time I graduated from Indiana University and later earned a graduate degree from California State University, Fresno receiving special awards for my graduate thesis (published in 2008). I returned to the area in Jan 2006 to be near my family and live in the only place that has ever truly felt like home.

    Hobbies
    I am the owner of 3D Sports in York County and the founder of the AIM for Excellence Foundation (raises money for disadvantaged kids to attend sports camps and clinics). Clearly, I am a work-a-holic!  I spend most of my free time with my family and my assistant coaches: Daisy the Goldendoodle and Finnegan the Labradoodle.
