Jason is a very knowledgable agent and has been able to answer many of the questions that I have had. I am very new to the whole process (being a first time buyer and all), but Jason has been extremely helpful and even introduced me to an individual who pre qualified me. Now we are a mission to find my place called home! We need more agents like Jason-- I highly recommend him.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $400K in Los Angeles, CA.
We purchased our house earlier this year and Jason was the representative for the listing agency. We initially met him at our first home inspection. On every occasion afterwards that we met Jason, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly responsive. When we pointed out issues with the home, Jason was quick to communicate with the listing agency so that they could be addressed. He was timely in notifying us of any outstanding documentation that needed to be signed and what our next steps were. Even after we moved into the home, Jason let us know that if any problems arose to contact them. It was a really great experience working with Jason and Smith & Barshay Realty; would highly recommend him to family and friends.

I highly recommend Jason Zielonka; he helped me sell my home in La Crescenta. He knows his business and he was a true partner in facilitating the sale. In a professional manner, he pays attention to all those details which can make selling a home a sticky operation. His assistance in this regard was greatly appreciated.
