Sold a Single Family home in 2015 in Green Run, Virginia Beach, VA.

Kelly and Nathan made our selling and buying very easy! Me and my wife had so many questions at first, and believe me I'm one of those people who asked a hundred and one questions, but they were always there to answer! Anything I would need the were happy to help get for me. Kelly had great recommendations for the selling. I believe if we didn't follow her recommendations, we wouldn't have sold our last home that fast! Actually the home sold in 2 and a half weeks! Kelly's expertise on how homes sell is extremely accurate! The crazy part of it was we didn't have to spend over $3000 to update! Normally people think one would update everything to sell. Actually we just used Kelly's recommendations and it was sold faster than I would have ever imagined! Nathan had buyers looking at the house nearly everyday! There was one day Nathan had 5 people come through to see the house!!! Usually you get that at an open house! But this was a professional scheduled walk through. Nathan's suggestions were also correct. His selling price for the old house was on point. His negotiation skills were through the roof for our new house. He brought the sellers asking price down tremendously which we were so happy for. He made the negotiations go very smoothly. I was very pleased. I could call Kelly and Nathan any time I needed. I even woke Nathan up at night and he still helped me with questions! People rarely get realtor company support like that!!! These people never saw us as a number, or just a job, they saw us as family. We are so thankful real estate brothers has people like Kelly and Nathan.  More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2015 in Pembroke, Virginia Beach, VA.

We found the Real Estate Brothers while searching Zillow for a realtor. From the get-go, we were very cautious and wanted to make sure we picked the right realtor to help sell our house and buy a new one. After realizing that the Real Estate Brothers Team had the best and most reviews, it was obvious who our next realtor would be.

Kelly DiPasquale helped us buy our house. She tells it like it is (which we appreciated and welcomed) and she listened and understood our needs. When we started looking for houses, I was unsure that we would be able to find the right house. At the time we started looking, there wasn't a whole lot of houses that were available that were in our desired location, that also met all of our family's needs. However, Kelly found our new house on our first and only time we went out looking. When we saw OUR house, we new it was the one! It was in the desired school district and it was literally a couple of minutes from my job. And as an extra bonus and what sealed the deal for us, the bus stop was a few seconds away from our doorstep. Kelly was quick and informed the seller of our desire to buy and within a few hours, we began the buying process. Kelly was also able to work her magic and helped us acquire an early possession agreement on our new home, so that we could finalize the sell of our old home. (Thanks to Nathan Volz who sold our house in less than a month!)

Kelly is a hard working, motivated realtor, who made the whole process easy and answered all of our questions. She was there from the beginning all the way to the very end. Kelly is an amazing person and I have and will continue to recommend her and the rest of the Real Estate Brothers team to everyone I meet!

Sold a home in 2014 in White Cross, Chapel Hill, NC 27516.

They got us a good price and did a fine job. Were more communicative at the beginning of the process then the end. The closing went through as scheduled but was a rush of things at the end that I wish had been better planned.
