Sold a Multi Family home in 2013 in Fairbanks, AK.
I just recently bought a house from Traci. The process was smooth and I was impressed by her knowledge of real estate. She was able to offer a wealth of knowledge about where my house is located. Also, she is very good at negotiation. I saved almost $20,000 off the listed price. The whole process of purchase was fast, and her response time was very quick and effiicient. I would recommend her to any of my friends.

Traci is a wonderful, professional, knowledgeable Realtor in Fairbanks, Alaska. She guided me through the stressful process of purchasing my first home and did everything in her power to make it as painless as possible. She actually cares about her clients, not just about getting it sold. I highly recommend her for her fun and expertise!!

this was our first home & because of Traci it was a great experience !! so much less stressful than we thought because she always made sure everything was done right, on time & if you had any questions or concerns she was able to find the answers & make things happen. Super nice & outgoing, very experienced & professional, we have recommended Traci to all of our friends as well as customers who i deal with as well. Five stars all around
