I'm sure there are other very capable agents working in the neighborhood but Tracy is just everywhere. I've read that sometimes working with the "top" agent can result in less responsive interaction since the agent generally has a lot going on. Not the case with Tracy. She has a team working with her but she was very involved herself with all aspects of my transaction starting with pricing guidance and direction on how to prepare the house for best presentation to leading the open houses and guiding me through the multiple offers we received.
