Most buyers are watching too much news if they are hesitating now!  Rates are never going to be lower than now.  You buy a house because you need one to live in.  You buy a home to fit your specific needs.  The buyers I am working with are buying now and not waiting.  They are using their own common sense to make their purchasing decision.  Stocks are for investing in - Personal Homes are for living in!  These are very different needs, let's not confuse them any longer.  You diversify and move on.  You must live your life and not live it on hold!  Don't wait any longer, life is passing you by.
