Sold a Other home in 2012 for approximately $775K in Costa Mesa, CA.
Brad is very thorough and handles the entire process for you as the seller. He let me know what I needed to know and when I needed to know it, eliminating a lot of the 'noise' that typically happens when selling/buying a home. I highly recommend Brad!
Brad was our listing agent for a house we just sold in Newport Beach. I've been in the Commercial Real Estate business for 30 years (first as a Broker and then as a principal investor), thus I have had the chance to have worked with a large number of various real estate professionals. Brad Colemen ranks in the very top tier of all the RE people I have ever dealt with. His high quality marketing material, negotiating skills, attention to details, keeping you informed and post closing follow up were all at the highest possible level. I highly recommend Brad to anyone either looking to sell their home or find their next "dream house".
Thanks again Brad for your outstanding service! All the best, Jan-Erik
So I am not always supportive of involving agents and when I do, it would take a lot to woo me along the way. Brad really helped us in the purchase of our new home - from beginning to end. It isn't all that often that someone can help you with construction understanding and also help with last second desputes, along with all the other brokerage requirements along the way.... Brad did just that. I don't hand out recommendations and I can honestly say I would recommend Brad.
Bought a Multi Family home in 2011 for approximately $725K in San Clemente, CA.
Brad did a fabulous job representing us in purchasing our first investment property. He kept us informed, moved the process along, provided much expertise, and ultimately got us a large discount on our purchase price. He is in the businees for long-term relationships and is someone you can trust.
In working with Brad on more than one sale, I can surely say that he was a great asset in the selling process. He was very knowledgable, dependable and very responsive. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $475K in Morning Sunwood, Santa Ana, CA.
Brad is an excellent realtor. He helped my family purchase the right home for us at a time when the market bidding frenzy (post bubble) was going on. I live in the Bay Area but was looking to buy in Orange County. I needed someone I could trust to be competent and handle everything there and give me the information I need to make the right decision. Brad was all that and more. The home we chose had 6 other bids. Brad advised me on the price to bid and also personally communicated with the listing agent to make a case for why the seller should go with our bid. Although I was a first time buyer, I had spent close to a year researching home buying and real estate investments. Brad quickly determined where I was at and established a business relationship that recognized my being informed but also did not lack in giving me information that a first timer would not know, such as the inclination for cold feet. He was also very patient, putting up with my parents' superstitions as he showed them home and after home. In summary, if I need to do another real estate transaction, I would retain his services in an instant.
Sold a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $400K in Mission Viejo, CA.
Brad is fantastic. He's handled all of our southern California real estate deals over the last several years. I know that when Brad is handling things I can relax and depend on him to do all the hard work. He makes buying and selling real estate a breeze. I won't use anyone else!
Brad was amazing! This was my first experience in purchasing a home, and it was painless and easy! I have the utmost confidence and trust in Brad as my real estate professional, and will never use another!
