This woman is an absolute joy to deal with. My husband and I found Hollie in a roundabout way from our mortgage broker, and I am so glad we did. We were first time home buyers so other than looking for a home we were clueless as to everything else that comes during the home buying process, and if it hadn’t been for her I don’t think we would have purchased a home. Our situation started out as being very typical. Looking for our forever home and just enjoying the whole shopping process. Hollie was a great help in this department, but we are the type of people who already knew what was on the market so we made it easy for her in that respect. She was always available to show us houses or to just answer any questions we had. If she wasn’t available when I called all I had to do was leave her a voice mail, a text or email and she would always get back with me IMMEDIATELY. She was great through the whole process and as our needs changed she was flexible and changed with us until we found the home we were truly looking for. <br/><br/>Hollie’s strong suit really showed after we signed the contract on our forever home. Our battle really began after we signed the contract and began closing on our home. We began having MAJOR issues from our lender as well as the sellers of our home. When we needed Hollie to be there making sure the broker was on their toes and pushing paperwork through in a timely manner she was there. When the sellers became difficult to deal with because we asked for basic repairs to be made and the appraiser asked for the home to be repaired so that it would meet FHA guidelines, she was there. Even at the closing table there was conflict over items agreed upon by the seller’s agent in our contract and a disagreement over commission terms. She stood strong and closed the contract as written.<br/><br/> Hollie was steadfast in getting what was agreed upon and used all of her resources to insure this happened. She is organized and is on top of her game. Hollie is by far the best buyer’s agent you can get. She is a “bulldog” for her clients making sure they are well taken care of through every step of the home-ownership process. She won’t be pushed around by bullies and stands firm when you absolutely need her too. I am so glad to know that she was with us through this trying time. I am happy to not only know her professionally, but also say that she is now my friend.

We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Princeton, WV

Hollie was probably the most inconsiderate agent I have ever dealt with in my life. I had scheduled a trip to WV and was to leave early on a Monday Morning for my six hour drive to look at homes. I had already coordinated with other agents in areas where Hollie did not show houses.

Hollie waited until late Saturday after the bank was closed to inform me that she would need a bank letter showing how much monety I had in my account before even showing me the houses I was interested in.

How unprofessional is it to wait until the bank was closed and tell someone this at the last minute? When I spoke with her about it she was all like 'it's my way or the highway'...I'd take my business elsewhere.

Hi Ron, and thank you for your review! I went back in my records to see how I could improve my performance. You stated on a Saturday that you would be requesting the following Tuesday. I explained my policy at that time. I felt that would have been ample time to obtain proof of funds, or prequalification, especially with today’s 24/7 on-line banking. I'm sorry you neglected to bring up distance, until I had explained my policy. In order to provide excellent customer service, I must adhere to my policies, always. They are in place for a reason. Since you didn’t like the way I did business, I happily encouraged you to find another agent who would work the way you wanted to. I am an award-winning agent for a reason, and I will never apologize for being a true professional. I always have my client's best interest at heart. I do however, apologize that you were so upset over this, and I wish you the best! I hope you found that little fixer-upper that you dreamed of! :) Good luck to you sir!

Bought a home in 2012.

We have worked with other realtors in the past and have been less than thrilled with the quality of service, but working with Hollie changed our experience completely. Not only was Hollie very prompt when responding to our questions and needs but she showed concern for our best interests in the stressful time of purchasing a home. Buying or selling a property/home can be scary and very stressful but with Hollie we felt at ease!! We were looking for a home for my Inlaws- they lived in WV and we live in MD. At first we didn't know how it would be to look for them and the paperwork to get completed with them in a different state but Hollie made everything easy and possible. She negotiated a good price for the home we were interested in and made the deal happen right away!! We were extremely pleased and thankful for her professionalism, diligence, and her attitude during this time. Hollie truly enjoys her profession and making sure her clients are happy with what they are getting. We only saw smiles and positive interactions with her. Amazing service and an experience that was nothing but wonderful. Mrs Beckwith even checked on my Inlaws after they were in their home to make sure they were pleased. If you want a realtor that cares and want to be happy and feel at ease then Hollie is the right choice!!!!

Found a tenant for a Single Family home in Queen Creek, AZ.

Hollie is consummate professinal who really cares about her clients. We have known Hollie since 2007. She has become a friend as well as our realtor. We would neve think of using anyone else in the area for any real estate transactions. Hollie is truly the best in the area. We have 3 houses so have dealt with many realtors and she is by far the most efficient, professional, and caring.

Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Odenton, MD.

Hollie is caring, professional, tenacious and committed. Hollie did an amazing job of driving my short-sale from bank approval to close, which is no small feat. This process can be very frustrating for sellers, since there is little visibility into what's happening from week to week. Hollie took the time to provide weekly updates, and ad hoc updates as we gained traction in the process. Hollie negotiated a great deal. Hollie should be, without a doubt, your first choice when seeking a trusted advisor who can help you navigate the short-sale process. Thanks, Hollie!!!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Leonardtown, MD.

My fiance and I bought our first home June 20th, 2011 thanks to our awesome agent, Hollie Beckwith. Our first time meeting with Hollie she explained everything we needed to know about buying a house and asked us what we were looking for instead of just taking us to see houses. We really liked that she that she educated us because we had met with an agent before Hollie and all that agent wanted to do was show us houses without knowing what we wanted or how much we could afford. Hollie really works hard for her clients to make sure they are getting the best. She will bend over backwards for clients. I have referred friends of ours who also recenlty bought a home with the help of Hollie. I could go on and on about the awesome serivce we recieved from Hollie. Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $275K in Lexington Park, MD.

Best realtor EVER! She made the experience of buying a home so much fun and so easy. And when my husband and I found our perfect home, she was genuinely excited for us. She was always available to us even when it was her time off, and she never kept us waiting to find out any new information. She made sure we got what we wanted in the sale, and made sure we made the right requests. She always has a smile on her face and is so friendly, but she is very professional too. She made sure we understood ever detail. I would very highly recommend her to anyone that is looking to buy a home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Leonardtown, MD.

I can't say enough good things about our experience buying our first home with Hollie! Even when we watch HGTV now, we're like "Nope, that realtor isn't as good as Hollie!" She is extremely patient and hardworking and listens to what you want in a house. We were first time home buyers and she really helped us understand the offer/contract/sale process. We really felt like we could always call her with questions and we never had to wonder if she was working hard on our behalf. When we sell, we will be contacting Hollie first!

As first time home buyers, we needed an agent who was going to hold our hands through the entire process from start to finish. Hollie was like our personal real estate angel! She was so easy to work with and you can tell she really loves helping people like us find their home! She knows the right people to talk to and goes above and beyond what we ever expected! She was quick to respond whenever we needed her (texts, emails, phones) and maintained all our documentation via an online portal for our access 24/7. Bought a Single Family home in 2009 in Great Mills, MD.

Hollie Kessler is a top of the line realtor. My husband and I were first time homebuyers and were really nervous about the whole process. But she really helped us ease into it and gave us a whole bunch of useful information before we even started looking for houses. Every house we looked at had what we were looking for - and she even showed us houses that had things she thought we'd like, even though we never even told her! She was really accommodating and worked with OUR schedule, and fit us in during the busiest days, and communication was never lacking. If I called and got her voicemail, she was quick to respond back to me immediately with a text if she was in the middle of something, which just goes to show how important clients are to her. We only saw a couple of houses before she found THE ONE for us. Hollie also helped us through the financial process, and the mortgage company she works with was equally as awesome in explaining everything, and answering all the questions we had. They both just made us feel super relaxed and comfortable with the decision we were making. Hollie continues to stay in touch with us and is so great when we need recommendations for repair men and help with the house. It's so refreshing to have had such a wonderful experience with her (all our friends had a hard time with their realtors), and we plan on going to her for all our future real estate needs in the area.
