Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $700K in Buena Park, CA.Summary:
Kay is an excellent realtor. She is knowledable, patient, diligent, responsive and very resourceful. She only showed me the houses which met my criteria. She was very quick and responsive whenever we had questions. She always gave good advise and accurate information.
Once we found the house, she was an excellent negotiator in dealing with the seller and other service providers and inspectors. She also helped in following up my loan and whenever the loan company needed any data, she was quick in providing that data.
I think she is the best realtor and never stops trying to be better.

Kay and Victor were great in helping us find our first home! They have been SO patient! They didn't pressure us and really wanted us to find the right home.
