Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $475k in Brea, CA.Summary:
She is an excellent agent, very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. I would email/call at random times and would always get a response. I'm very picky and detail-oriented and she was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. I felt very comfortable with her recommendations and trusted her advice. She also referred me to a great mortgage broker that ended up giving me an excellent deal. Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied with our purchase and the process was extremely smooth. As for my purchase, it was a bank-owned property that required very quick action and she was able to get on top of things, allowing us to beat out the other buyers.
