Bought a home in 2011.
I had an incredible experience working with Kim Young. She went above and beyond in many ways to help me secure my very first home. She always responded to all my needs and MANY questions in a timely manner and demonstrated a great amount of knowledge, especially regarding location and value. She worked hard to insure I received a home loan with the right mortgage company and helped me immensely to resolve several tricky issues, including my closing date. I would highly recommend working with her, as she will fight to make sure you attain the home of your dreams as quickly as possible!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $125K in Clearwater, FL.
Kimberly Young is the most dedicated, knowledgeable, and hard-working realtor I have ever met. She stuck with me through a very lengthy house-hunting expedition, getting outbid on several properties, until we finally secured a great deal on a short sale. Kim even helped me navigate the maze of FHA's 203K program, and negotiated a last minute price reduction when the appraised value was lower than expected. As a real estate attorney myself, I was highly impressed with her knowledge and intend to use her services again in the future.

Bought a Condo home in 2009 for approximately $225K in South Pasadena, FL.
Kim represented me in the purchase of a home in South Pasadena. The showings were conducted in a period of 4 days and Kim had a very impressive array of homes to show me. She very carefully matched up my criteria and had a really good idea of what I wanted. I ended up buying the first home that I saw, but viewed many of similar calibre. This was a daunting task in the summer heat. My offer was accepted right away and the sales process implemented very professionally. Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $175K in Seminole, FL.
We have dealt with Kimberly Young for 5 years in real estate. She is a professional in her field of real estate. We bought our new condo with the assistance of Kimberly and she went beyond to make sure dead lines were met and we were satisfied with our purchase. She is very friendly and approachable and will answer any questions in a very prompt manner.
