Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Richland, MI.
Lorene had my best interests at heart and was always available., In my situation I needed a specific kind of home in a lower price range that was in solid condition, not an easy thing to find in the area I wanted to live in. She went above and beyond trying to find and get me and my family into the right home. I was a difficult client and she never gave up trying to find that house for me. She is an excellent real estate agent and became my friend through the process, as well. The happy ending is she found the perfect house for us and negotiated an excellent deal for me. I would highly recommend her!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Augusta, MI.
I had a limited number of dollars to spend; Lorene Taylor treated me as if I were her most valuable client. She showed me several houses more than once. My husband died less than a year before I started looking. This was the first big decision I had to make without him, after 44 years, it was a difficult process. Lorene made me feel like my friend was helping me look. There was never once any pressure of any kind, never a feeling that I was wasting her time, although I know she spent way more time with me than the commission she earned from this sale. I will recommend her to EVERYONE I know who needs to buy a home. We looked at a lot of houses in my price range before we found "my new home". I truly thank God that He sent her to me.

Lorene was very personal and gave knowledgeable service and genuinely responsive to my needs. She has excellent familiarity with local the communities, markets, home values, and price trends. Leverages many resources and provided me guidance throughout the entire process. Great to work with and very professional.
