Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Allen, TX.
My wife and I are extremely lucky to have Damon as our realtor. Damon helped my wife and I purchase our first rental property. He has excellent knowledge of the DFW market and was able to find us a great property in a great location. He was able to find us a tenant in two weeks! Also, with no prior experience in purchasing a rental property, Damon made the process extremely easy. The last thing I would to comment on is Damon responsiveness. Being a sales rep, I have a great appreciation for follow-up, and Damon's follow-up is superb. You can call, text, or email Damon almost 24/7 and receive a response from him in a timely manner if not immediately. My wife and I look forward to purchasing our next property with Damon and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Plano, TX.
We used Damon to sell our old home and also find a new one. His service exceeded all our expectations. He literally worked days, nights, and weekends to get our two deals done promptly. By using his advice, photographer, and stager, we were able to get three separate offers on our house the first week it was on the market.

Damon is very smart and professional in the work he does and has full control over it. Me and my wife were totally new in home buying market. Damon not only helped us, but also guided us and provided excellent knowledge at each step of home buying process. We are very pleased with the way he worked with us. He was very accomodating and patient with our needs. He was also open and honest to us, when we asked his opinion and it really helps specially when you are unaware of so many things around the process. He also gave us excellent referrals for the lending Co., home inspector etc. He is like one-stop shop and we would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy the house.

We purchased a new construction home and had an issue with our builder that we genuinely don't think would have been resolved without Damon's intervention. Bought a home in 2013.
We initially contacted Damon because of the good reviews we read, and now we are happy to add yet another! We were first time buyers and Damon stuck with us through several criteria changes and was always quick to find us new properties. His schedule was very flexible and we never had a hard time setting up meeting times. We love our new house and we will definitely be contacting Damon for any future real estate needs!

My wife and I originally contacted Damon, and a handful of other recommended realtors, through another web realty listing service as we set out to buy our first home. Although Damon was the only realtor that responded to our request, it was the speed in which he responded that initially impressed us with him. Within 10 minutes he had replied to a rather lengthly introduction email and set up a time to meet.
We learned to value and trust Damon as our realtor. Although this was our first home, we had worked with realtors in the past who were not nearly as attentive. When we got very serious about our search, Damon always made time for us, even at a moment's notice. He has longstanding connections within the industry that made the process of buying a home extremely easy, he answered any questions we had immediately at any time of day, and we felt he was always honest with us when we asked him questions about properties.
There is a reason that Damon is one of the more successful realtors in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. He has integrity and seems to truly care for his clients. We would recommend Damon to anyone buying in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area without reservation.

Bought a Multiple Occupancy home in 2013 in Northeast Dallas, Dallas, TX.
First off, I’m 33 and single. The last time I purchased a house was 11 yrs. ago and forgot how hectic the process can get. I had another realtor who didn’t take me serious and never returned my phone calls. I looked at all the reviews on Realtors and I kept on seeing Damon’s name come up. He is pretty well informed about the DFW metroplex and had excellent reviews. I filled out my info on his contact page on Sunday and Damon called me back within 2 hrs.!! After talking to him about what I want and my budget, I received an email within 3 hrs with different properties. He met me early in the morning during the week and we started looking at properties. In the end, finally on the 3rd offer, I finally got a place. Since the house was not even on the market yet, I couldn’t really ask for much off. That’s where Damon’s negotiating skills came into place. He asked for the seller to pay Title Fee and when I went to sign the contract, I noticed he asked them to pay closing costs too, and they did!!! In the end Damon held my hand throughout the whole process and I feel like I got a great deal on my house. I would recommend Damon to all my friends and family. He’s not like most realtors; he follows through and is always looking out for your best interest.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Grand Prairie, TX.
Damon is an EXCELLENT realtor. He made sure to look out for MY best interest above everyone else's, fought to get exactly what I wanted and was always available when I needed assistance. He even continued to assist me when I had questions months after closing on the home. I would highly recommend him, he is simply the best.

Bought a home in 2011.
My journey started with looking at a rental home, where I met Damon. He took the time to explain and guide me to purchasing my own home. I now live in my dream home. I will recommend Damon to everyone. He is pretty awesome!! I trust him!! That is a pretty bold statement, and I stand behind it......
To top it off, his connections literally saved our mortgage process, which we may not have been able to complete successfully without his direct loan officer referral, who I also highly recommend.
