Team Powerhouse was excellent! Dave was very patient taking us around to look at properties! He was very professional and knowledgeable taking us through the bidding process and requesting concessions from the seller. We got a great deal! If Dave was unable to answer questions because he was meeting with another client, Heather stepped in and helped - it was SEAMLESS! They stay in constant contact with each so they are aware of each clients status therefore, the client doesn't have to waste time bringing them up to speed with the transaction. What a pleasant surprise! Heather is equally as professsional and knowledgeable! They followed up on things for me that I thought I would have to take care of (I'm used to being a DIYer), but they did it all which saved me a lot of time. Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in East Shore, New Haven, CT.Summary:
David and Heather both helped me with buying the home of my dreams..... They took the time needed to show me many many homes and answered all of my questions honestly. Both were ALWAYS available to me when I called, and would set up showings immediately. When I did find "my" house they negotiated as if it were them buying it. Team Powerhouse has earned my respect and I reccomend them to anyone looking to buy or looking to sell property. David and Heather were able to recommend others to me to assure financing.
