I agree Kao is very knowledgeable and helpful. He knows the Real-Estate market very well. He is very reliable, punctual and patient. Despite the fact that he showed me 40+ houses in the course of a year span, he never had an irritable or discouraging character. Kao is highly ethical and trustworthy. Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $125K in Robla, Sacramento, CA.
Knew what he was doing and gave very good advice on buying a home as we are first time home buyers. He was patient with us and knew what our needs were and knew what we liked/didn't like. Honest, professional, and a pleasure to work with.

Bought a home in 2011.
Had a lot of knowledge in helping me find my first home. Made sure all my house options fit my specific house criteria. He was available anytime I was able to view a home. Any inquiries that I made his response time was very quick.
