Bought a home in 2009.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank my Realtor Lisa Wu's assistance in purchasing my first home and her continuing customer care and support after the purchase.
Lisa has extensive knowledge in the housing market trend and very resourceful. If there is something she doesn't know she will research and get back with me on a timely basis. Lisa is very professional and efficient with her work. She spent time with me looking at properties at the price range I wanted even she knew I would eventually have to end up paying a bit more for a home in a nicer and safer neighbourhood. She allows me to find out myself instead of pushing me before I were ready and feel comfortable to pay more. This is very important to a buyer as this is a big commitment I am getting myself into! Thankfully Lisa understands this and I am very grateful I have her working for me.
The two of us basically worked as a team to hunt for my first home and eventually I were able to buy the very first condo which I fell in love with at first sight thanks to Lisa's aggressive negotiating skills and her communications tactics. My home buying experience took less than 4 months to make me a first time home buyer and it went very smoothly. Lisa walked me through the whole process from searching, viewing and until the moment I signed my papers at the title company. With Lisa being there who has my best interests at heart, knowing she has reviewed the paperwork before I sign them put me at ease.

Lisa is THE best!
Lisa has helped us buying our first property and is currently helping us for the second. Lisa is very courteous, patient, resourceful and helpful.
