Bought a Single Family home in 2009 in Seven Oaks at Grand Island, Bakersfield, CA.Summary:
Ron and his team were able to find us a home in the neighborhood we wanted and in the budget we had given them with all the features we requested. A very tall order considering we started looking in Nov, right after the housing crash and everything was a short sale. His team was very patient and didn't mind looking at anything that came up. We were moving from a differnt state and we were in a hotel. They did a great job of staying on top of the other realtor to keep things moving along. There was an issue that arose in our closing (due to the sellers realtor) and it was going to cost a couple hundred dollars. Ron and his team covered it.
