Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Hemet, CA.

Summary:

Dan did an excellent job for us! He was very patient while we were choosing which homes we wanted to view and always made time for us when we were available. We were driving from 80 miles away so we had some challenges but he always met with us at our convienience. Once we chose a house, he let us view it multiple times to feel like we were sure this was the one. He handled all of the paperwork with no problems and had the knowledge to answer every single question we had within 24 hours of asking it, usually sooner. He made the whole process seem simple and we closed escrow in record time. He worked closely with our loan agent and the selling agent to make everything go smoothly. If we ever sell this house or buy another I am positive we will be using Dan again!!…More Less
