Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $225K in Latah Valley, Spokane, WA.
Mr. Keller was an EXCELLENT agent for me. I was stationed in Oklahoma and was trying to buy a house in Spokane from long distance. Mr. Keller made the long distance a breeze, as he was always quick to respond to any emails or texts that I sent him. I was able to come out for one weekend to look at houses, and in that time, Mr.Keller took me on a great tour of houses directly in my price range and exactly where I was looking at buying. I felt like he truly had my best interests in mind. His associate, Roy Mortlock, was also amazing at stepping in and taking any questions for me if Mr. Keller was unavailable. My house was a short sale, so it was a paperwork nightmare with the bank, but Mr. Keller and Mr. Mortlock pursued the deal very aggressively. Definately. This is the second property in the Spokane area that I have purchased with W.Michael Keller as my agent. He is knowledgeable and careful . He knows the area well and is acutely aware of market fluctuations and trends which can affect the prce of a home regardless of whether you are a seller or a buyer.
