Bought a Multi Family home in 2013 for approximately $75K in West Boulevard, Cleveland, OH.
I was very impressed by Rebecca's knowledge of the property. As we went through my home, she was able to identify a lot of things that a home owner need to know. I felt confident with Rebecca representing me that she had my best interest at hand and was results oriented. She walked me through the process with skill & professionalism. I also appreciated her resourcefulness, Rebecca had some great contacts for work that I needed done on my home etc & that was a big help. Hands down, I would recommend Rebecca to my family, friends & colleagues.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Akron, OH.
Rebecca is the best of the best. HIGHLY knowledgeable, extremely well organized, wonderful to work with, and she happens to also be a very nice person. We have sold and bought a home using her, and we will never deal with any other agent/broker again. She helped us survive a short sale purchase with an awful bank and an even more awful agent on the seller's side, and she was wonderful. We couldn't have done it without her. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

Rebecca was extremely professional and forthright from the beginning to the end of the process of selling our house. Although it took almost a year for the house to sell due to the condition of our house and the number of houses for sale in the Parma area, Rebecca worked diligently to find a buyer. We appreciate her honesty and her time.

Listed, but didn't sell my home in 2010.
Rebecca Bauer is the best realtor we have ever worked with, and there has been a few. When I first called her I needed to get this sale moving, now. She was on it, wasting no time but most of all she doesn't play games like some agents. Honest. I wish we had met her years ago.
