I'm Rebecca Sprague, a real estate specialist, relocation certified and associate vice president with Shorewest Realtors - Lake Country Office in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin since 1991. I grew up on Okauchee Lake, and later moved to Brookfield with my parents.
I market all types of real estate from new construction single family homes, older established homes, rentals and condominium projects to buildable land and commercial businesses.
In 2008/2009, I just signed to market "Vespera at Porticello," exclusive villas in a planned community of "Sicilian-style" homes. Starting in spring of 2009 we are selling the last two units of side by side townhome-style condos in Johnson Creek called Deer Crossing. These condos were special - owned by the builder. I also have a model condominium in the new Chapel Hill area in Johnson Creek. This is new construction.
In Oconomowoc, I have a 5 building condominium community, with two buildings almost sold out, called Pioneeridge Condominiums, after the first "pioneer", Charles Sheldon, who resided on that ridge.
