Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! It turns out that our search results had indeed become out of sync in Tampa (this is a very rare occurrence, and it seems you noticed it right away). We were able to fix it the search results on the site, and are still working through getting them in sync in the app. If you click through to the home details page in either place the Zestimate will be accurate. I'll let you know as soon as the Zestimate in the iPhone app map is in sync as well... hopefully later today. Thanks for your feedback and your patience! Rebekah

Yes, you can filter your searches by price, beds, baths and geography in the iPhone app, by hitting the Filter button to the right of the search bar. Then when you have your search criteria set, click the heart in the upper right of the map to save that search. You can come back to it later in your Favorites tab, and we'll also push you notifications when new results are added that match your search criteria! We do not yet let you sync your saved searches on the iPhone with your account on Zillow, but are planning to make that functionality available in the future. Thanks for using the Zillow iPhone App!

Once you are viewing the area you are interested in, and have applied any filters that you want (via the "filter" button to the right of the search bar), you can click the heart in the top right corner of the map to save the current search. That search will show up in your Favorites tab, and we will push you any new results when they come in. Thanks for using the Zillow iPhone app!

Right, the $3K has been removed and I'm only refinancing the first mortgage now. I have asked him about the subordination, and he said he'd follow up about it today, so we'll see. He also said that he'd find out about an extension this Friday, since the lock expires on Monday. I'm hesitant to pay for it myself, since he says it costs .25 to extend the lock by 5 days, and the loan might not even close by then... I only pay the .25 if the loan closes in in the time frame of the new extension though, right? Thanks everyone!

Actually, the appraisal came back last month, and the whole $3K addition thing happened a couple of weeks ago... I didn't mean to imply that it was tacked on at the last second. I was just giving the background on why I don't fully trust him, which has lead to me not trusting him about the whole losing the lock, making me pay to extend it thing. I'm mostly following your math here, and I agree with the theory that he forgot to charge me for the HELOC cash-out fee originally, then tacked on the whole fee (.75%) and hoped I wouldn't notice it was there. So yeah, I'm sure the fee structure makes sense in the end, but the process was lame. So we'll see... the lock expires on Monday, so either he'll pay to extend the lock himself, find a way to have them extend it for free... or I'll drop him, find a new lender, and leave him a very detailed review on ZMM :)

The subordination was requested on 1/30. My credit score is above 700.

He requested subordination from the HELOC lender and he said that seems to be going through just fine, so that doesn't seem to be the long pole in closing out the loan.
