We currently do not have the option to hide agents' e-mail addresses when a property is posted by the owner (you) with agent contact info. This seems to be a feature that was overlooked when developing the posting tool, as we do allow owners and agents to decide to show or hide their own e-mails. I have taken this suggestion to our developers, and we will try to get this resolved as quickly as possible. Thank you for your feedback!
Hi Nancy. I'm sorry that is not working for you. I can try to report the property as being sold on 2/28/08 for you, and also investigate why it wouldn't let you do it. Is this the property that I see on your profile, 117 Old Nc 345 #106?
Without knowing your address, I would guess that a listing came through incorrectly for your home from one of our Listings Feeds. This would most likely happen if an agent had forgotten to remove an old listing from a feed that they send us, or if they incorrectly entered the address of one of their current listings. The best way to get this taken down is to contact the agent (via the "Contact Agent" button on the home details page), and ask them to remove your home from the listings that they send us. Hi Jim. Thank you for the feedback here. I am on the product development team and have been looking into your issue. We are working on a fix for this (you definitely should not be getting a Home Report E-mail telling you of a Zestimate change when the home does not have a Zestimate!) In the mean time, I have unsubscribed you from the Home Report E-mail for your home so that you do not receive any more confusing e-mails. We'll try to have a fix out for this ASAP. Hi Milan,We actually do have a way to flag listings. On the Home Details page for any listing, under the area where it says "For Sale by Agent", there is a button that says "Flag Listing". From there, you will see an option to "Report inaccuracies".Thanks for the feedback... we'll take a look to see how we could make this functionality more discoverable.Rebekah
Thank you for downloading our app and providing your feedback on it! You're right, it's V1 so we don't have every planned feature implemented yet (we wanted to get it out there so we could hear from helpful users like you what features were the most important... such as saved favorites). I agree with you that one of our biggest areas for improvement is the map. It's surprising to me how difficult it was to implement (we had to start from scratch) and now we see a lot of areas to tweak to make it load faster and have more intuitive interactions. So thanks for bearing with that - we're working on it! You're right, the listing data is the same as on Zillow.com. While we do have most of the listings in the country (over 3.3M) there are still some that we do not know about yet. We're getting more all the time though.
