Closed refinance loan.
The process of refinancing took some time, due to unforseen credit problems, the need for reappraisal, and deferred student loans. Dave was extremely patient with the complications and helpful with the entire process. Although I was nervous about not being able to meet face to face with someone while refinancing, Dave always either answered the phone right away or was quick to call right back.

David sent me a GFE and explained that is was an estimate and there were variables that could change it. David was prompt on all documents that were in play. If I took a day or two longer David didn't call to hassle or pressure me like other Home Loans I called before I contacted David from Red Rock Home Loans. David gets to the point and will get you the best deal he can even if it's less of a gain for him. You can call other first to see for yourself.…More Less
