I had listings posted for the following addresses: Zillow Home ID / address2146431862 / 81 Castle Rock Road SE, Rio Rancho NM 871242146432521 / 516 Campfire Road SE, Rio Rancho NM 871242146423133 / 7021 Kalagn Road NE, Rio Rancho NM 8714471839201     / 10628 Cavenaugh Drive NW, Albuquerque NM 87144The listings are there to a degree but unable to change them as the listing agent.....unable to claim as I am the listing agent not the owner. How do I proceed, they where not removed by the owner and I was notified by one that there listing had disappeared.

Ice,All is fixed...thank you for what ever you did. I was able to attach myself as the listing agent and recover the entire listing. My customers are pleased, thank you again!Deanna

There are 3 listings (2 Zillow 1 I posted) for the same address 1041 Sandia Vista Rd Rio Rancho NM 87144. There should only be 1 and that is the one for sale w/pictures.  Niether my client or myself have been able to resolve this issue.  If you can please look into this issue and fix if able, my clients and I would be very thankful Thank you, Deanna

My listing just went back to another feed and I tried to claim them and and it wants me to sign in I do and again and again.  I can not reclaim my listing as it thinks I am not sign in...but I can go to my own page and modifie other listing  HELP!!!!!!

Jigz,  Everything seems ok now as I could claim them back as the agent not the owner.  Must have been a bug in the system.  Thanks for your quick response and resolution. YOU GUYS ROCK!!! Deanna

When the feed comes in from Coldwell Banker it drops my listing from me. When I try and claim them back to modified incorrect pricing and data it tells me I have to activate my account (see link below). I am signed in and I do have an active account. I have tried numerous ways to work around this issue but have not been able to reclaim my listing so I can change them on a timely base. I know Zillow requires that the information be current and correct and I am currently unable to do this. I have included the listings in question for quick and expedient resolution. Help please

I was able to get to one of my listing trying to claim it back but when I try all of the home details have been deleted along with the Pics....why?
