Too bad, the 'hood is going "health nuts"... too many yoga spots, not enough jazz clubs, and coffee houses... Where the hell is the live music? No guitar music to be heard. This area could be another North Beach, what with the U.C. Med. influence, and aging hipsters like me.

Hi Rise Bakery..the best??? Good home repair tradesmen?
Hi Rise seems to be the best bakery.  Are there others that rival it?  Does anyone have any particularly good roofers, and tree trimmers, and other home repair trades to recommend? Thanks. jack barry, 6 Sherman Street.
