    Sold a home in 2010.
    Regina is one of the best agents we have had the pleasure of working with. She is very knowledgable and responsible. She is also a great negotiator. Regina was the agent working for the buyer of our home and l knew then l wanted her on my side. So, we asked Regina to represent us when we were selling another home. We sold that home and we were very happy! She has been showing us homes and there is no pressure to buy and if you think that's great, dealing with Reginas' office- their professionalism is outstanding!!     Regina's real estate experience has spanned the years to include working at Baldwin Brothers Inc., Erie in Sales, Rentals, and Hotel Management, as a real estate agent for Buy Ohio in Columbus, Ohio, and upon returning to Erie in the late 1980s, working for Kay Sauers Realtors.After earning her Broker's License in 1995, Regina opened the Baldwin Matczak Real Estate office in 1996. A graduate of Iroquois High School, Regina also attended Mercyhurst College and University of Iowa.Regina is a member of the Erie Chamber of Commerce, Northwestern Pennsylvania Apartment Association, Coin Laundry Association, and has served on the Board of the Greater Erie Board of Realtors - Grievance and Ethics Committee, Junior Chamber of Commerce, Wolf Run Village Lane Condo Association, as well as Books for Kids.
