Reid was super responsive in assisting us with negotiations and helping us buy our home, especially because the previous owner already had an offer (and was on the verge of accepting it) on the actual day of our first home visit. Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Potomac, MD.
When my sisters and I decided the time had come to move our 90 year old father out of his long time home and into an assisted living facility, we needed help with everything. Reid went beyond the usual realtor role and first helped us find a place for Dad, visiting several facilities with me until we settled on Riderwood. Once Dad was out of the house Reid prepped it for sale. He arranged to have contractors make some long overdue repairs, paint the house, put in a new garage door, and generally showcased the house to its best advantage. It looked better than it had in years. After presenting us with a market analysis of real estate activity in the neighborhood we agreed on his suggested asking price. He then listed the house and implemented his marketing plan. Lots of buyers came and looked and we received a full price offer about 3 weeks later.
