My wife and I was more than very impressed with betty's skills and knowledge we have had bad experinces in the past with realators. I wish we could of just found her alot sooner,it would have saved alot of headaches. If you want the job done and done right betty's your realator!!!

Sold a Single Family home in 2005 in Lenexa, KS.
Betty Simmons did a great job selling our home in Lee's Summit while working with us to purhase the new home in Lenexa. She is very concientious and was very reponsive and patient with us through the entire pricess. We highly recommned Betty.

I called Betty, and she immediately set-up an appointment to meet with my wife and me. Unlike many other realtors we dealt with, Betty spent far more time listening than talking. We explained what we wanted to accomplish, our financial parameters, and the fact that we had been pre-approved by several mortgage lenders. Betty got right to work, submitted our offer on a home we selected, and helped us in every way possible.
