can I put in a offer if the property is in escrow?

Answer
It really depends on the primary contract and whether or not the sellers have agreed to accept back up offers. I would suggest you have your agent contact the selling agent and ask if back up offers are being considered. Good luck!

I'm separating from my husband but want to buy before the divorce. Must his name be on the deed?

Answer
I am in Florida and I would suggest you definitely consult with an attorney, since Florida has very specific homestead laws. Lease to own is a way to buy a home if your credit is not so good. Keep in mind you will pay more for a house this way and will need to be sure not to overpay as usually there are terms (1-2 years) at which time you will need to obtain your own mortgage. Best advice I can offer is to consult with a real estate attorney before you consider either of these options. Good luck!

Is now a good time to buy a home?

Answer
It is a great time to buy a home in Central Florida! Prices are affordable and interest rates are at an all time low. You can't go wrong in this market!
