Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $350K in Lynnwood, WA.
Rene has the two qualities I find most valuable in any agent; the ability to listen and understand the needs and goals of her client and put those concerns before her own. She's extremely knowledgeable and insightful of her particular regional market, and has the foresight to see where best investment for particular needs should be made. She was extremely patient and understanding of all our needs and went well beyond her role as an agent in helping solve any issues we had, even at the very last minute. Her follow up beyond the purchase has been exceptional.

There will be a time when you will buy your first home or upgrade. Alternatively you may need at some point to downsize. For any of these transactions you will need a reliable real estate agent. Sold a Condo home in 2010 for approximately $400K in Mukilteo, WA.
Rene Porubeck sold our house this past August, two months after listing it. She gave us advise on how to present our home and was in touch with us, almost daily, to give us advise and updates. She promptly answered every call and email from us with a big or small concern. Rene held an open house almost every weekend, including three broker open houses. She followed up on every broker and private showing. Rene was always upbeat and gracious. She kept us informed every step of the way.
Rene coordinated the purchase offer and closing on the condo we were buying. She was there with us for the condo inspection and made sure the house and condo closing coinsided. I would highlyl recommend Rene Porubek.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $300K in Lakewood, WA.
Rene' is amazing! She helped my husband and I get into our first home and we love it! Rene' worked so hard to make sure everything went right. She traveled all over the Puget Sound area for us. She made sure every detail was taken care of so that we could have a great home buying experience. We had a specific date that we needed to close by and Rene' made it happen. It is because of Rene's responsiveness and negotiation skills that we are in our wonderful home. We both high recommend Rene' and when the time comes for us to move Rene' is the ONLY Realtor we will be calling.

Bought a Condo home in 2010 in Westlake, Seattle, WA.
Rene worked towards finding my condo non-stop for over six months and was great the entire time. All of the properties that she recommended and showed to me fit the parameters of what I was looking for and she always accommodated my schedule. Rene made a point to me not to rush into something and to take the time to find what I really wanted. I couldn't be happier with what I ended up with after seeing enough properties to get a good feel of what was out there and what I should be paying for what I wanted. I would recommend Rene to anyone in need of a real estate agent as she will make sure you find what you are looking for. Thanks again Rene.
Despite all my lunatic antics, as I go through this relocation process, Rene has been with me every step. She responds immediately to my harried texts, my long winded emails about houses for which I have some kind of visceral pull. One day I will look back at all the panic and laugh, but at the moment I can take comfort in knowing that Rene really makes me feel heard, and is incredibly patient with me as we go through this very emotional process.
