We connected and spoke on the phone. Setup appointment to see homes, but couldnt get him to respond to my confirmation requests.Poor communications... Didn't respond to numerous emails.
We were very sorry and disheartened to read this. We are typically geared up for very quick responses and action in all that we do. But that obviously wasn't the case here and we are very sorry that we didn't meet expectations and missing the mark. In fact we are often praised for being more responsive than many than others with whom clients have dealt. As a growing, second-generation company we always seek to look to the long term. If we ever have the chance to make it up to the anonymous potential customer who wrote in, we will provide extra VIP service! As the intensive season is upon us and as activity triples in Jan/Feb/March versus the rest of the year, we welcome all new business relationships for our clients and all of our families.
