Bought a Single Family home in 2009 in Reno, NV.

Summary:

Ken is great! He always seemed to have time for us, and answered all of our questions without a lot of jargon. We started looking at houses in late October, and we were moved in to our short-sale by mid January. He is very knowledgeable about short-sales. He went the extra mile to contact the seller's agent repeatedly to convince her that our offer was a fair and to submit it to the bank. I truly think that persistence is the reason we have the house we really wanted and love. Ken was never pushy or high pressure, just went from house to house waiting for my wife to approve of one. Bought a home in 2009.

Summary:

Ken stuck with us through the summer of 2009. We looked and bid on many houses before we finally landed the best house in Reno. Here we are two years later, and we have a beautiful castle. Thank you Ken for making our dreams come true!!!
