Sold a home in 2012.
I have worked with Michael on 3 Real Estate transactions. In my mind he is one of the best agents in Portland and Washington. Each time he has gone above and beyond. In the first transaction, he got me top dollar for the sale of my condo and his shrewd attention to detail and ability to take action at the moment required kept the deal from falling through. In the second transaction he helped negotiate 20% off the seller’s asking price and he got us another 15K back at closing. In the 3rd transaction which we are in the middle of now, he has gone above and beyond the call of service duty going to great length helping us find a home on Bainbridge Island -- 3 hours away from Portland. Michael is hard working, shrewd, personable, and really know his stuff. Plus he has real personal integrity and truly wants the best home and deal for his buyers and top dollar for his sellers. Michael did a great job helping us find our dream home. He listened to want we wanted and was actually able to find it for us. Throughout the process of selling our previous home and purchasing the new, Michael was there ready to answer any of our countless questions and to ease our worries. Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $275K in Rose City Park, Portland, OR.
Michael did an excellent job of walking us through our first-time home buying experience. He showed us a neighborhood we hadn't initially considered, and we now realize it's the perfect place for us. He has a deep knowledge of how houses are built, and what to look for, good and bad, in the old houses in Portland.
