Ressie is a fantastic Realtor. If you are looking for someone who is knowledgeable, who will listen to you, and work tirelessly on your behalf to find you the property you are looking for, you should contact Ressie Wallace Wilson. Ressie first helped my husband purchase and sell his first house. She then helped us buy our first house together and a second one to accommodate our growing family. Ressie is thoughtful and willing to think outside of the box to help you find the right property. And this is key in DC, where currently inventory is low and buyers are competing for a few properties. Also, she continues to be a resource for you even after you close. She does not disappear and is always responsive no matter what stage of the buying process you are in. We highly recommend Ressie.

Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $375K in Brightwood Park, Washington, DC.
My husband and I would HIGHLY recommend working with Ressie. I was referred to Ressie by a coworker who has worked with her twice and now I know why!
As first time homebuyers, Ressie made the whole process smooth and seamless for us. She explained everything for us and served as our advocate in the home buying process. She didn't want us to settle for just any house, she wanted us to find the right house for our needs. And in the end we sure did!
Ressie will listen to what your needs are and won't waste your time taking you to houses that don't match your needs. Another thing that I love about Ressie is that she doesn't try and upsell you by taking you to houses that are way out of your price range - she definitely respects your financial limits and wants you to find a house that you can afford.
She is extremely hard working and her communication is TOP NOTCH! She is available practically 24/7. I would definitely work with Ressie again.

Ressies taught me a lot in the home buying process. She is knowledable about homes and she will work hard to get you what you want.
Ressie felt like family in my process. For any property I sell or buy, I would not use anyone else except Ressie!
