Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Camano Island, WA.Summary:
We got lucky when we found Kathy. Just picked her out on the internet when we were looking at homes on Camano Island. We made an appointment to meet a day or two later and she showed us 6-8 homes that day. Then we put our home on the market and had some time to wait. We went back to Camano a couple of more times to check what was available. We had places we wanted to look at and Kathy had suggestions. We found the house we really wanted but ours hadn't sold so we just had to hold tight. When ours finally sold, we contacted Kathy to see if the house we had our eye on was still available and it was. On our last visit, we looked at 6 more homes (to be sure there was nothing out there that we hadn't seen) and finished up at the house we wanted. Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2012 in Everett, WA.Summary:
This was our second time with Kathy and both times she was great. She researched and provided information to support housing inspection concerns as well as contacting manufacturers for information. She was instrumental in getting the housing inspection concerns resolved and worked with the buyer's agent to keep communication positive and informative. Sold a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $500K in Camano Island, WA.Summary:
In 2008 my Husband built a high end spec home on Camano Island and after 5 months of no sale we know we needed a new realtor. Driving home we saw "Kathy Rexach" reality signs all over and 3 sold signs. Than we knew " Kathy was our Realtor" we drove right over to her office and signed with Kathy.
