Sold a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $500k in Camano Island, WA.

Summary:

In 2008 my Husband built a high end spec home on Camano Island and after 5 months of no sale we know we needed a new realtor. Driving home we saw "Kathy Rexach" reality signs all over and 3 sold signs. Than we knew " Kathy was our Realtor" we drove right over to her office and signed with Kathy.
