Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Grandview, OH.
Rhiannon was the best decision we made when selling our home. From the very beginning with us having just a notion of possibly selling Rhiannon made herself available to us to answer any and all questions, she did extensive research and was super knowledgable of the current market climate in our community and she was very open and honest about our options. Ultimately we decided to list and our home had several showings scheduled within hours of being on the market. In the end we got a great offer within 24 hours! Rhiannon was there every step of the way to guide us through the entire process with professionalism and expertise that we had never experienced with any other realtor. We recommend Rhiannon to all of our family and friends who have even the slightest thought of selling or buying a home. You will not find a more knowledgable, experienced, professional and honest realtor in the Central Ohio area.

Bought a home in 2013.
We first looked into a short sale and Rhiannon informed us of how it may or may not work out with specific details and that it can take quite a long time. So we did try and when circumstances changed in our life, we started looking at traditional sales again, she showed us several options over a few weeks until we found a home that we loved. She then guided us on how to start our negotiations and 6 weeks later we were moving into our first home. We could not have had everything go so smoothly without her.

Rhiannon is top of the class! If more realtors were like her people wouldn't be so negative on the real estate industry. She sent us daily emails, made herself available to us even with our crazy schedules. She was always professional, friendly, helpful, tactful. All the things we dreamt of in a realtor. Rhiannon was awesome, the best realtor I have ever dealt with. We really had no idea which area of Columbus we wanted to live in she took us all over the place until we could narrow it down. We looked at a ton of houses and land, even came with us to talk to multiple builders. She is so knowledgeable, patient, friendly, prompt,TRUSTWORTHY, all you would ever want in a realtor. Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Southside, Columbus, OH.
After having a rental house on the market for several months unnoticed, I contacted Rhiannon, whom I had known prior, and asked her to take over the listing. Within 24hours of Rhiannon listing and taking great photos of the house, we were in contract!! I couldn't believe it! Our sellers experience was so great that we have contacted Rhiannon again now that we are ready to purchase our own house.
Rhiannon is always prompt with calls and emails, flexible to schedules and open to listen. When buying and selling is a nerve rattling experience, Rhiannon is there with a warm smile to help.
