Sold a home in 2012.
I had contacted Missie when I wanted to purchase a house a year ago. That property was a "short sale' and didn't go my way. During this process I was very impressed with Missie's responsiveness, work ethic, creativeness in negotiations, and her easy to work with style and personality.
When another opportunity came up for me to purchase a house in Providence, I called Missie again. Again she showed the same outstanding traits mentioned above. I was successful in my bid and am very happy with the purchase. I also learned that Missie has a fantastic network of related professionals(home inspectors, plumbers, roofers, etc.) from which to chose from.
She's been my agent twice and I' ll select her again in the future.
I highly recommend Missie as Your Real Estate Agent.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Rumford, RI.
Missie was a God send! She was so helpful with every aspect of the purchase of my new home, which I love :) It took me a good 4/6 months to find the place for me. She was caring, professional, honest, funny and the best possible person to have on your team when going through this life changing ordeal. Even after I moved in she is still checking in on me to see if I need anything and is truly concerned that I'm happy with my new home. Thanks to her I have a plave to call "HOME".

Missie is awesome and a God sent. She was ontop of the entire process even after we closed. She is very friendly personable and a joy to work with. I'd recommend her any day.

My experience with Missie has been great!! She has been working with trying to find a house to fit my budget & needs. I haven't found a home yet (I decided to wait until the spring to keep looking) but she has been very patient, understanding & a 'cool' realtor to work with. I would definitely refer her to my friends & family. :)

Bought a home in 2012.
Missy is a sincere go-getter with a positive attitude who helped me buy my first house-a short sale for only $65K which was originally on the market for $89. Although the process was long and tedious (over 3 months), she walked me through all the necessary steps and piles of paperwork. She is much more than a realtor. There were times when i had to get an FHA approval inspection for a loan and she was right there with me walking me through all of the improvements that needed to be made in order for me to get the loan. Not only did she walk me through this tedious process of buying a fixer upper that was seemingly impossible to pass FHA guidelines but she was there with a paintbrush in hand to help me fix all the peeling paint that had to be fixed! She also went out of her way to communicate with a painter that I had hired who had not done his job correctly, and negotiated a lower price that he give me for the paint job seeing that we had to pay for the inspector to come again. She will be the first realtor I call on my next investment property or home.

Quick to set up viewings with other listing agents and very flexible with her time. Listens to her clients needs and wants and does her best to accomadate such requests ( ie location, style, price point, etc.). She thoroughly goes over all terms and lingo used which as a first time home buyer I find that very helpful.
I have been working with Ms. Rose since 09/2011 on a short sale. The deal originally fell through once before and has since come across again. Missie has kept in close contact with the listing agent and we recently were able to put in another offer. The home I am trying to purchase presently is a short sale. The seller has agreed to the terms in the P&S agreement but we are currently waiting on the bank for final approval.
