Not a good experience. Agent that visited only wanted to get my check and leave as quick as possible to get to another listing. Had on market with Duffy for 5 months, and was only shown a few times. Duffy did not show the house a single time. Only feedback Duffy provided was to lower the price. Also found out that a lot of other agents do not like working with Duffy, and do not want to show Duffy properties. Overall this experience was a waste of time and money.

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2014 in Ball Ground, GA.

We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Wildwood Springs, Roswell, GA

I called the Alpharetta office to request an agent speak to us about listing our home for sale. After a 5 minute speech (it sounded like he was reading from a script) i asked if he could just drop by and see our house and discuss their policy. I was shocked when I was told his "consultant fee" was $150. But, if I listed with him it would be applied to the $500 initial signup fee. My question is what if I really didn't like him or their policies, I'm stuck paying him $150? Somebody just lost a good listing. We went with Re/Max and listed our house for $487,500  More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $400K in Douglasville, GA.

My experience with Shane from Duffy would be classified as persistent and professional. We took a long time to find a home to buy and Shane was very professional and always was available to help us with questions and showings. He was always available to help and when we found our house his true expertise were revealed. He was at all meetings and walk through and helped guide us with any questions we had.
