Sold a home in 2011.
When we found out that we had to move back home to Ohio after my mother got sick, we got nervous because we purchased our home just 2 years ago. Every agent that we had come to our home laughed at us and said that 1) we could not sell our home 2) we would take a bath and 3) that we were going to have to spend a fortune to update it and then pay their fees. We were sick to our stomach. Then we heard Chuck Oliver's ad on 680 and knew right then that Rhonda was the best choice for us. Rhonda's team came right out, signed us up and the ball got rolling. We loved Rhonda's videos and helpful advice and we started the first weekend with an open house. WE SNAGGED A BUYER without an agent! We closed in less than 45 days and we are not happily in Ohio with my family where we belong to help take care of my mother. Bought a home in 2011.
Thank you Duffy Realty for not only helping me find THE best house at THE best possible price but you also gave me a check back and I learned So much about the entire process--you really walked me through every step not letting me miss or forget anything! Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2010 in Lawrenceville, GA.
I listed with Duffy and paid the upfront fee. It was a low cost way to get a listing on MLS and FMLS. This is a almost a no service way to go. They were good in the first meeting and getting the listing in. From there your almost on your own. It was difficult to make changes, coordination of a lock box and I was very disappointed in the communication of offers and the knowledge they kept after I sent them information. Be aware you will most likely never hear from or see Rhonda (I didn't) and her staff is so overloaded they can't do a good job. Those that gave some of the high ratings I am seeing must be employees or are related because this service is not 5 star. It is only a "get it listed and hope you get an offer direct from a buyers agent" service.…More Less
