Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $275K in Braselton, GA.

Though our buyers didn't accept any of the three options we presented. Duffy's attention to the matter was appreciated and influenced our decision that produced a reasonable outcome. Proof that sometimes there's nothing like a well placed letter to straighten out an issue. The other broker responded to inform us all is well with buyers for closing. Problem solved!
