Sold a home in 2011.
I am an investor and frankly I can not afford to spend thousands for what? I don't care what anyone says, real estate is sold when a buyer looks on the internet and finds something that they want to see! My homes show well because buyers like what I have because I make what I have look great! In other words, a real estate agent does not help you make your own product look good. They don't paint, they don't cut the grass and they don't clean up! That is the homeowner's job so why should I overpay for that? Duffy Realty offers the essential services that I expect and agent to do and I find that they do more than the overpriced agent. I have always gotten great traffic and great offers when I use Duffy and I have sold over 50 houses with them and all went smoothly and I feel blessed to have found them.

We saved $6,000 on the sale of our home and paid Duffy only $1,200. Our buyers found us online and if they had not brought their agent, we would have saved another $7,200. The old business model of real estate needs to leave because this model works and so why would you pay more for frankly less. The transaction was smooth, Duffy's advertising was well rounded and we really enjoyed the process. I recommend Duffy everywhere I go.

Sold a home in 2013.
I am so grateful for the Duffy system -- I saved about $5,000 and was thrilled about that because it enabled me not to have to bring money to closing, which had been the main concern when I had put it up for sale earlier as a FSBO. Having to come up with an extra $5,000 to close would have been difficult, so I feel very fortunate. Also, as a FSBO I had it priced much lower than I did with Duffy. At first I was a bit nervous about listing it so high, but I believe Rhonda was right about the pricing strategy that the company recommends.I would definitely sell my house through Duffy again.

Listed, but didn't sell my home in 2012.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH DEALING WITH A SELF LISTING AGENT SUCH AS DUFFY REALTY. What a waste of time, they take your money and list your home but have little to no knowledge of your local area market and will offer no assitance to you in selling your home other than placing it on the MLS/FMLS. Check the sales rate of this agency and compare it to a full service or botique agency. Duffy sales or close rate is around 20% where full service agencies are around 80-85%. If I could get a live person to aswer the phone at Duffy Realty I would demand return of my money. Waste of time and waste of $700.00 After 30 days of beign listed with Duffy and not receiving one offer I listed with local agrency and had a contract in 7 days.

Sold a home in 2011.
When we found out that we had to move back home to Ohio after my mother got sick, we got nervous because we purchased our home just 2 years ago. Every agent that we had come to our home laughed at us and said that 1) we could not sell our home 2) we would take a bath and 3) that we were going to have to spend a fortune to update it and then pay their fees. We were sick to our stomach. Then we heard Chuck Oliver's ad on 680 and knew right then that Rhonda was the best choice for us. Rhonda's team came right out, signed us up and the ball got rolling. We loved Rhonda's videos and helpful advice and we started the first weekend with an open house. WE SNAGGED A BUYER without an agent! We closed in less than 45 days and we are not happily in Ohio with my family where we belong to help take care of my mother. I would recommend Duffy Realty to anyone if for no other reason, their optimistic approach to a very pessimistic society of agents. When we found out that we had to move back home to Ohio after my mother got sick, we got nervous because we purchased our home just 2 years ago. I was glad to hear that I was not going to have to pay 6% commission when I learned of Duffy Realty. For years I have thought that I could not sell because I did not have enough equity. Every agent that I talked to said that I was going to have to give my house away and pay a fortune in commission. I sold my house with Duffy higher than my neighbors who had sold and saved over $22,000 in commission. If you choose to pay a high commission, that is your own fault because Duffy is a valuable option.

I would recommend Joshua at Duffy to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. He was extremely helpful, addressed every issue or question I had, timely, put no pressure on me on either the buy or sell side. I have dealt with other agents in the past, and Joshua, without a doubt went the extra mile.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $400K in Woodstock, GA.
I was skeptical about using an agent at first but once we met with Samantha and began to look at properties we realized we made the right decision. Once we found the house we were looking for she really helped us through the process and made our purchasing experience easy.Duffy & Samantha was wonderful during the whole process. We're very appreciative. Looking forward to moving in to our new home.
