Sold a home in 2013.
I used Duffy Realty for the sale of my last home and worked with a Duffy buyer agent to purchase my new home. Working with Caroline on the purcahse was truly enjoyable experience. She made the entire process, from viewing numerous homes to actually closing on our new home a stress free transaction. She is very knowledgeable and paient, and we will definitely use her agian in the future.

Sold a home in 2013.
We used Duffy for both selling and buying and couldn't be happier! On the selling side, Duffy saved us so much money and made it possible to sell without bringing money to closing. On the buying side, our agent, Randall, brought the professionalism and knowledge we expected and helped us negotiate a great deal. The entire process from listing to moving into our beautiful new home only took about 2 months!

As first time homebuyers, we had questions around every detail. Martin was extremely informative and offered additional information and advice around topics we never even thought to ask. He laid out the process step by step at our very first meeting so we knew what to expect. He and his team were extremely responsive. We rarely had to leave a voicemail and the times we did, Martin or Chris were back in touch within an hour. He was very helpful through the negotiation process, too. We could not be have been more pleased and have found a lifetime agent! Thank you Duffy!

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $250K in Alpharetta, GA.
We listed our home in January, with the anticipation of being able to move by May. Although I followed all of Rhonda’s recommendations, I did not expect to see much traffic, since we were attempting to sell in the middle of winter. However, over the following two weeks, we had 22 showings and 4 offers. After some negotiating, we were under contract within days. A week later, we secured a backup contract from a 5th buyer, just in case the first contract failed to close. We closed at the end of February with the first buyer, and had no issues.
I appreciate Duffy’s team approach to selling. It requires the seller to be involved in the process more than the traditional seller / agent relationship, but was perfect for me. If you enjoy being hands on, Duffy Realty is the company for you.
When compared to listing with a traditional broker, we saved over $6,000 with Duffy. I wouldn’t consider using anyone else.

I highly recommend the Duffy team. The processes, tools and wealth of resources made me feel confident I was making the right decisions along the way. My agent used proven methods to objectively evaluate the various situations and lay out the information I needed to negotiate through the offer process. He took the time to educate me on not only what works well but why certain strategies are more successful than others. He was knowledgeable, available and very responsive. In fact, I’m not quite sure when he sleeps. I will definitely call on the Duffy team when I need services in the future.

I was skeptical about using an agent at first but once we met with Samantha and began to look at properties we realized we made the right decision. Once we found the house we were looking for she really helped us through the process and made our purchasing experience easy.Duffy & Samantha was wonderful during the whole process. We're very appreciative. Looking forward to moving in to our new home.

I thought all real estate companies were the same, but Duffy Realty has really great agents! Ken was awesome! He exceeded ALL of our expectations and did a phenomenal job. He was very knowledgeable about the market and really helped us through the process. I am so pleased that we found him. I will definitely recommend Duffy to anyone looking for a home.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $250K in Kennesaw, GA.
Michael was very knowledgeable about the business end of the whole process and explained everything in great detail. Working with Duffy overall was an good experience. I love the fact that Duffy offers the Buyer Cash Bonus program because the buyers do a lot of the looking. Michael is a great person and did everything he could to make sure we were happy. He gave his opinion when we asked about it and was very honest about everything he saw. He wanted to make sure we got what we wanted, and worked hard for us.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $275K in Loganville, GA.
Still in the process but so far so great! We are relocating and had to find a house ASAP! Vicky Spivey from Duffy Realty was amazing. Not only did she spend a lot of time with us but she truly targeted homes based on our wants and needs. We found a great house and can't wait to move in.
This could have been painful. Relocating in a short amount of time is never fun. But I will tell you that my experience has actually been enjoyable due to this realty company. I can't thank them enough.

Listed, but didn't sell my home in 2012.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH DEALING WITH A SELF LISTING AGENT SUCH AS DUFFY REALTY.
What a waste of time, they take your money and list your home but have little to no knowledge of your local area market and will offer no assitance to you in selling your home other than placing it on the MLS/FMLS.
Check the sales rate of this agency and compare it to a full service or botique agency. Duffy sales or close rate is around 20% where full service agencies are around 80-85%.
If I could get a live person to aswer the phone at Duffy Realty I would demand return of my money.
Waste of time and waste of $700.00
After 30 days of beign listed with Duffy and not receiving one offer I listed with local agrency and had a contract in 7 days.
