Bought a home in 2011.
Rhonda really listened to what our interests were in a house. She provided a useful search tool that helped find the houses that fit our criteria. She was easy to access and was always there to address any of our concerns. We highly recommend her!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Pinehurst, Everett, WA.
Rhonda is a must for any homebuyer! She's absolutely amazing! Her master negotiating skills, and persistence, paid off for us in a BIG way! She's very knowledgeable about the market, and although she is always busy she, without fail, will respond almost instantly to calls, texts, or emails! She is one of a kind, and I recommend her without any hesitation, as I will be using her services again in the future. No doubt!

Bought a home in 2011.
Rhonda has been showing me houses since last October. Whenever I asked her, she scheduled time with the sellers and helped answer all kinds of questions for me. I was in California and bought one townhouse in February in Washington and one condo in April with Rhonda. She is a good negotiator and has saved thousands of dollars for me. I'm buying another home right now from her. I even don't need to go back to WA to close escrow or rent the home out. She helped me to show the house and give keys to the tenants, handyman, etc... I will let her sell all of my houses later because she always thinks about her clients. She has extensive professional knowledge and skill in real estate, especially in short sales. I really appreciate her help.

Bought a home in 2010.
We purchased a single family home in 2010 for approx $450k in Bothell WA. Rhonda was our realtor and she is very committed and dedicated to her clients and goes above and beyond the call of duty for them.
Rhonda assisted us in every step of the home buying and selling process. We moved across country from Florida and she helped us locate a realtor in the Florida area to help sell our house there as well as helped us locate the perfect house here in Washington. She even stopped in to make sure that everything was going smoothly during the actual moving process! She always made herself available and was very knowledgeable in so many aspects of the home purchasing process. She was very thorough gathering info from us as her clients so she understood exactly what we were looking for. We also consider her very skilled in negotiating as she was able to negotiate an additional $10k off the price of our home which had already been cut significantly! Her connections are invaluable as she recommended a lender and we were able to finance our home for approximately 4% at a 30 years fixed rate. Extraordinary!
Moving across county can be daunting at best but Rhonda did everything within her power to make the process seamless and the payoff was considerable for everyone involved. We would highly recommend Rhonda without hesitation for an enjoyable, positive experience. Who thought moving across could possibly be considered almost fun?
