In Zillow's database of ALL homes, we flag all homes that are for sale by agent, for sale by owner, "Make Me Move", and recently sold.  When you are on the Map page you can select the filters on the left hand side of the screen so that you easily only see For Sale By Owner, if that is what you are interested in.

Updating the Bird's Eye views requires a series of airplane fly-overs.  Zillow licenses this imagery from Microsoft, actually, who has been good about fairly frequent updates, depending on population density, etc.  Anyway, time should fix this one, but pls be patient.  Meantime, maybe take a bunch of pretty pictures of her house and upload them right onto the home's page here on Zillow.  

type in the address of the house in the search box on the home page of zillow.com.  if we have enough data, zillow will then show you the "Zestimate" of the house, or our estimated market value of that home right now, based on the data we have.  this is not an appraisal, as we haven't been in the house.  It's best to contact a professional real estate agent for that.  you can use the Directory tab on zillow to search for an agent in your neighborhood to help you out.  good luck

Go to the home's page on Zillow and scroll down to the "For Sale by Agent" section.  You'll see a little flag icon at the lower right of the module.  Click this flag icon and then submit the error to Zillow.  Good luck selling the home.

It's an estimated market value for the home that gets updated a few times a week.  it's not an appraisal.  More info on how Zestimates are calculated can be found by clicking the little question mark icon that is right next to Zestimates on the site.
