Zestimates in Suffolk county are decent. Median Margin of error is 11%. see here. however, that's not granular enough for you. Eyeballing the areas in Montauk that I know well, they look fine. Per your picture update question, aerial photos and satellite photos get updated periodically. I'm not sure when the next pass is scheduled for Montauk. However, meantime, you should claim your home, and upload your own pictures of the house, the remodel, etc, if you like, for all to see. Don't forget to put on a "Make Me Move" price, as well. You never know who might knock on your door... especially, with all those Montauk shoppers brought in from the Madoff house sale...
Summer's a calling, fellas. I can't wait to get out there. Gotta start trying to get in shape so's i can keep up with you guys. Be sure to send me interesting Hamptons RE tidbits on your listings or whatever and I'll tweet and post here.
Oh, man, do i ever want this feature, too. Â Unfortunately, it can't be done now. Â However, it is on the list and is coming relatively soon. Â Thanks for the great suggestion.
I can't figure out how to link to the details page on the windermere site because it's in a frame.  this is as close as i could get fm?fuseaction=listing.SearchLanding&zoomLevel=15&zoomDynamic=1&mapCenterLatitude=47.635500356554985&mapCenterLongitude=-122.27678462862968&st=wa  they also have it mapped about 1 block from where it actually is.  The site is good for the pictures, though :-)It's close to my house, as well, and it is a beautiful house.  Hope it goes for top dollar.
Terrific neighbors on this house...
