Evidently, the house 3 doors down (http://www.zillow.com/HomeDetails.htm?zprop=48770958) just went "pending" for $4.8m. At least that is what I hear from Gordon, my agent. Also, the house directly across the street (http://www.zillow.com/HomeDetails.htm?zprop=48770940) is also for sale for $14m or thereabouts. Clearly my house is a huge bargain!
