Richard is a fountain of information, especially for people, such as myself, Military Service members, Veterans and/or relocators. Despite my current address (Germany) Rich has kept pace with my wishes and I hope to sign a contract for my new house in the near future.

Rich was an absolutely incredible buyer's agent. His straightforward honesty and immediate responsiveness took an incredible load off my shoulders. He really cared about getting us into a home that we liked, and I felt that was his first and foremost concern. He confidently stood up to the sellers agent on the day of closing when there was a surprise attempt at more money and went out of his way to make sure I was not ripped off. He even managed to resolve it before I had even had time to become involved after getting the call at work - so fast my blood pressure never had a chance to rise. He never rushed a walkthrough, he always showed up early, he met my inspector and the appraiser both and performed the walkthroughs with both. He helped me notice what the inspectors missed (did a pretty good job of it too)- I heeded his advice whenever possible and never once regretted it. Again, I think that he didn't care about making money, he cared about making us happy. We dragged him to a lot of houses, and he was always positive and never seemed tired or anxious for us to make a decision! He was exceptionally knowledgeable about local areas and programs. I couldn't do him justice in just saying how glad we are that we went through him. His absolute number 1 trait was his honesty and positive confidence. Great guy and more importantly, a great buyer's real-estate agent.
